The particulars of offence state that HANNA MAGBUJOR ISAIAH (Alias Treasure or Madam) between the months of February to June, 2022 at Class One Bar, Serrekunda and diverse places in The Republic of The Gambia, you by means of fraud or deception transported x & x from Nigeria into The Gambia for the purpose of exploiting them into prostitution, thereby committed an offence.
