Today, NAATIP, together with its esteemed partners, held an introductory meeting to kick off the development of the TIP Training Manual for NAATIP through the support of the UNODC West and Central Africa (UNODC). This initiative is an important step towards strengthening the capacity of the agency and its stakeholders to ensure that knowledge and best practices are effectively shared across different stakeholders to address issues of Trafficking in Persons in the Gambia. During the meeting, participants discussed the objectives, scope, and key components of the manual, emphasizing its role in guiding consistent and high-quality work across the organization. Collaboration and input from all partners were highlighted as essential to create comprehensive and practical resources.
