The National Agency Against Trafficking in Persons (NAATIP) has concluded the third and final day of the three-day workshop on “Operationalizing the National Action Plan Against Trafficking in Persons (NAP-TIP) 2026–2030: Strengthening National Coordination, Reporting and Implementation.
Participants further discussed and agreed on the roles and responsibilities of institutional focal points, including coordination, information gathering, reporting, communication and engagement with NAATIP and other relevant stakeholders.
Participants also identified their institutional commitments, support needs and opportunities for collaboration, reaffirming the importance of collective ownership and coordinated action in delivering the objectives of the NAP-TIP 2026–2030.
The workshop concluded with the validation of the key recommendations and next steps, with participants endorsing the proposed reporting system, implementation roadmap and coordination arrangements. The outcomes provide a practical foundation for strengthening accountability, monitoring progress and ensuring that institutions remain actively engaged in the implementation of the National Action Plan.
The three-day workshop was officially closed following a collective reflection on the way forward and the shared commitment of the National Task Force and partners to translate the NAP-TIP 2026–2030 from strategy into action and measurable results.
